Create Ticket for DoTheWeb.net - Remote Helper
Helper Instructions
1.)
Create a Ticket.
2.)
Enter email address of the user.
OR
Tell the User to navigate to www.dotheweb.net
and choose "Are you being helped?"
3.)
When the User has the RemoteHelper.exe program running
Click the Link below to open a Java Viewer
Java is required for the viewer, you will be prompted to install if you need it.
