This is a service to all those who enjoy helping others with Information Technology.  The IT Helper program is a simple online tool used to assist you with your IT contacts.

You can store useful information in your own custom workplace online, and pull it up at any time.  For instance:

Sally at XYG Company has a problem with her computer.  You are her IT contact.  She calls you on the phone saying I have a problem with this computer.  You are able to login to DoTheWeb.net IT Helper and quickly pull up the technical notes you left for XYG Company.

You determine that you need to take control of the PC.  From the IT Helper screen, you can pick sally from a list of contacts and have a DoTheWeb Remote Helper ticket sent right to her.  She is able to allow you to remote control the computer so you can take care of the problem!  When you are done, you jot a quick note under XYG with the details! Simple as that!

DoTheWeb.net IT Helper also has Remote Desktop and Putty available to you, and gives you the ability to log and track information regarding your client.  You can access this information from any internet connected machine!
