Launch_helper_2Do you need some help?  Follow these instructions:

1.)  Click ‘Launch Remote Helper’.

If you have problems running the program from the icon above, Click Here to run the Program

 

2.) Choose Run at the Security Warning

3.)  Enter the TicketID from your helper.

When the Helper is done, the RemoteHelper program will close automatically.littleicon

You can also right-click the monitor icon in the system tray and choose close to close manually.
